Bio
Enisha Brewster is an American actress from Long Island, New York. After leaving New York for Houston, Texas she was introduced to theatre arts and began acting as a student. While in high school Enisha competed in Texas UIL competitions with the Alief Hastings High School Players and earned the title of Honor Thespian in the International Thespian Society.
In college, Enisha continued studying theatre arts as a member of the Clark Atlanta University Players. During this time she was also inducted into Alpha Psi Omega National Honorary Theatre Society and served as the chapter's first president. Enisha went on to graduate magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology.
Enisha began her professional career in Atlanta's rich and acclaimed theatre community; and in 2010 made her transition into television and film, working for a number of productions. Now based out of Los Angeles, California, Enisha's television credits to date include: Good Trouble, NCIS: Hawaii, Puppy Place, 9-1-1, S.W.A.T., Grey's Anatomy, All American, Fresh Off the Boat, Hap and Leonard, Perception, The Vampire Diaries, One Tree Hill, and Meet the Browns. Enisha's film credits include the horror indie film, The Ghost Club, the made for television movie, My Future Boyfriend, Paramount Picture's remake of the 80's classic, Footloose, and Microsoft's live action series, Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn. Enisha made her return to live theatre in the summer of 2018 for the world premiere of The Goddesses Guide: Audra for the Women of African Diaspora during the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival (Read the Reviews); and returned in early 2019 for the exclusive West Coast engagement of The National Theatre of Great Britain's An Inspector Calls as a Supernumerary.
Enisha is passionate about arts in education, early literacy, and cultural exchanges for the good of all. Since 2008 she has been a Teaching Artist promoting drama-integration in schools, theaters and other community centers--both in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Enisha is committed to supporting organizations that serve children of all walks of life.
